Butch & Ping Hall

The son of an entrepreneur, Butch Hall is no stranger to owning a business. After earning two engineering degrees and working for 30 years in management positions at various companies, he decided to follow in his father’s footsteps. Butch started three environmental services and trucking businesses, working seven days a week, for six years straight, with very little time off. It was on a business trip to China, that Butch met his wife, Ping Hall, an assistant operations manager of nearly 5,000 employees. They were married in China and returned to the U.S. to run their businesses and live the American Dream. The turning point came when, one of their best customers informed them of a business opportunity with great earning potential.

Although Hall was familiar with network marketing, he never understood them, but agreed to join his customer at a business meeting to find out more information. When Hall learned that it was energy, and not a tangible product he had to sell, he saw that there was an opportunity to make it work. Hall joined the next day and made his money back in less than three weeks. However, with three other businesses taking off and in need of constant attention, the Halls found very little time to focus on this new business venture. Eventually, the economic downturn forced the Halls to consider other options as a source of income. That’s when a friend invited Hall to attend Kynection.

"I was shocked at the potential that I had overlooked for almost a year," he says.

The Halls decided to sell their other businesses and become full-time Kynect Associates. After the birth of their son, Gavin, it became clear to Butch that he and Ping had made the right decision, affording them more time to spend together as a family.

"Now we have the time to do the things that we want to do," he says, "I just didn’t know there was another way."

As with any business, results may vary. In 2017, the average associate earned $178.07 while Engaged associates earned $1,139. To learn more about “average” versus “engaged” Associates, please visit www.wekynect.com/IncomeDisclosure.
