Mark Evans has always had a knack for sensing a good venture. After working as a computer programmer for 12 years, he upgraded his career and started his own computer consulting business. It only took two years for him to recognize how lucrative the wireless business was, and end up with three stores in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. His next upgrade? He purchased a local corner tavern and reaped the successes of a lucrative business for the first five years. But then the Recession of 2008 hit. As the economy fell apart, so did his restaurant business.
Mark held on for as long as he could, but options were quickly running slim. Ultimately, he had to close the doors to the restaurant in November of 2011. Luckily, only a month later, a former customer told him about an incredible business: Kynect. Sensing yet another great opportunity, he sold the oven from the restaurant to get started.
Today, Mark’s more excited than ever, and says “the future is so bright!”
