Roy & Connie Ayala
Roy and Connie Ayala live in San Antonio, Texas where, prior to Kynect, they owned two boutiques and Roy was a postal employee. For the past forty years, Connie has suffered from rheumatoid arthritis and Roy has physical limitations from leg injuries during his time in the military, but that has never slowed them down. In spite of their trials and tribulations, the Ayalas have always put their best foot forward.
When Connie's condition worsened, they were forced to close their boutiques, Roy took early retirement to care for her, and they were on the brink of foreclosure and bankruptcy. The opportunity presented itself to them during these trying times, and they knew they could do it. Upon seeing the weekly checks, they knew this was the opportunity of a lifetime. Their 'why' was to avoid bankruptcy and pay off medical bills and student loans. Today, they have been able to pay off their bills and have found financial freedom in their life.
Their long-term goals are to help their team grow and succeed so they too can live the dream. The Ayala's "no excuses" mentality has earned them the Rising Star, Power of Leadership and Most Valuable BP awards.
Roy says, "Kynect has changed our lives not only monetarily, but in the people we have met through the years. We really believe that if we can do it, anybody can do it."
Connie closes in saying, "Inspiration is contagious. Once inspired, you can do just about anything."
